Welcome to our Year 6 Class Page
It has been lovely to welcome the children back to school after the summer break. We are really looking forward to the term ahead as we have lots of exciting learning activities planned.
In our class, we believe that learning is an exciting adventure full of opportunities to grow and explore. In Year 6, we embrace creativity, collaboration, courage, and respect in everything we do.
Subject Overview 24-25
Homework
Spellings - weekly spellings will be tested every Monday. The words have been stuck into the children's homework books.
Reading - daily reading to be recorded in the reading records.
Times Tables - it would really benefit the children to regularly practise their times tables up to 12 x 12.
1x piece of English and 1x piece of maths homework will be given out every Friday. This homework is due in, the following Friday.
PE
We have PE on Mondays and Thursdays.
Please send your child in wearing appropriate PE kit on these days.
